Are your staff background checked?

Yes, all of our team members are fully DBS checked and thoroughly vetted before they are hired. Your safety and peace of mind are our top priority.

Do I need to be home when you clean or garden?

No, you do not need to be home. Many of our clients provide us with a spare key or access code. However, if you prefer to be home, we are more than happy to work around you.

Do you provide your own cleaning supplies?

Yes, we bring our own professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have specific products you would prefer us to use, just let us know and we can accommodate that.

What areas do you cover?

We provide our services across the entirety of Perthshire. If you are unsure whether you fall into our catchment area, please get in touch.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand that plans change. We simply ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee.
